Pilot and beta status
IdleLens is currently in a limited pilot phase. The product may change, have downtime, or be unavailable without notice. No uptime SLA applies during the pilot unless separately agreed in writing.
Read-only access
IdleLens uses a read-only IAM role. It never modifies, stops, terminates, deletes, or creates AWS resources. All findings are informational only. You are solely responsible for any cleanup actions taken in your AWS account.
Cost estimates are directional
Monthly cost estimates are based on AWS list prices and target ±15% accuracy. They are not a guarantee of actual savings. Actual savings depend on your negotiated pricing, reserved instances, savings plans, and other factors outside IdleLens's visibility.
Subscription and billing
The first scan on a new workspace is free. Continued use is a paid monthly subscription: Starter ₹599/mo, Team ₹2,999/mo, and Growth ₹8,250/mo (approximately $99/mo). The limits of each plan are shown when you choose one.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically each month until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, the workspace moves to a read-only state until billing is resolved. Taxes, including GST where applicable, are added at checkout.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time by emailing support@idlelens.com. No penalty. No questions. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Customer responsibility
You own all decisions about whether to act on a finding. IdleLens provides findings with evidence; you decide what to do with them. Review each finding before taking any action in your AWS account.
Limitation of liability
IdleLens is provided as-is during the pilot phase. To the extent permitted by law, IdleLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
